The responsible for identity theft is the credit card company. They should announce that beware of the scammers that asking your credit card passwords. The credit card holders should search on the internet that where they can trustly give their credit card passwords of the credit card company.
The laws and consumers should know what will be a good idea so that no one will be scammed by the scammers. The laws should provide a website for the credit card holders should know where they can trustly give their credit card passwords. They should be put in jail for 5 years so that that they should be disciplined and realize of what the've done. My advice to the credit card holdrs is that they should be careful to people who are keep on asking to your credit card passwords. He/She would just ignore it.
